2024 has been a year of profound challenges for me, a true “deep-in-the-valley” experience. I never anticipated going through what I did this year. It took me much longer than I expected to find a job, and even when I finally secured one, I faced the added hardship of going to the magistrates court for eviction.

Sometimes we can’t keep adding on. We have to eliminate what no longer serves us in order for our positive habits to thrive.
